• Access to a private in-app community

All content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Medical & Health Disclaimer

MOVE by Tess & Yoann provides fitness and physical activity content only.

• The Service is not a medical program and does not provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice.
• You should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether the workouts are appropriate for your fitness level and health condition.

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

4. User Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age required in their country of residence.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly: $14.99 USD per month
• Yearly: $99.99 USD per year (equivalent to $8.33 USD per month)

Prices may change at any time. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a one-time, 7-day free trial to new users.

• One free trial per person
• Access ends automatically unless a subscription is activated
• A valid payment method may be required to start the trial

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

7. Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or abuse.

8. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or confirmation email.
• Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental purchases.
• Cancelling a subscription does not trigger a refund.
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

9. Promo Codes and Special Offers

We may occasionally offer promotional codes or special offers.

• Promo codes are time-limited and non-transferable
• One use per user unless otherwise stated
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• No cash value and not retroactive

Misuse may result in account suspension without refund.

10. Account Security

We make no guarantees regarding results, availability, or performance.

15. Limitation of Liability

3. Avis médical et de santé (IMPORTANT)

MOVE by Tess & Yoann offre uniquement du contenu lié à l’activité physique.

• Le Service ne constitue pas un programme médical et ne fournit aucun avis médical, nutritionnel ou thérapeutique.
• Il est recommandé de consulter un professionnel de la santé avant de débuter tout programme d’entraînement, notamment en cas de condition médicale ou de blessure.
• Vous êtes seul(e) responsable de déterminer si les entraînements sont adaptés à votre condition physique et à votre état de santé.

L’utilisation du Service se fait à vos propres risques.

4. Admissibilité des utilisateurs

Le Service s’adresse aux personnes âgées d’au moins 16 ans, ou ayant l’âge légal minimum requis dans leur pays de résidence.

En utilisant le Service, vous confirmez remplir cette condition.

5. Abonnements et tarifs

Les formules suivantes sont offertes :

• Mensuel : 14,99 $ USD par mois
• Annuel : 99,99 $ USD par année (équivalent à 8,33 $ USD par mois)

Les prix peuvent être modifiés à tout moment et s’appliqueront lors du prochain cycle de facturation.

6. Essai gratuit

Un essai gratuit unique de 7 jours peut être offert aux nouveaux utilisateurs.

• Limité à un essai par personne
• L’accès prend fin automatiquement sans abonnement actif
• Un moyen de paiement valide peut être requis

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ou retirer l’essai gratuit.

7. Paiements et facturation

• Les paiements sont traités de manière sécurisée par des fournisseurs autorisés.
• Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf annulation avant la date de renouvellement.
• Les prix sont affichés en dollars américains, taxes en sus.

Nous pouvons suspendre l’accès en cas de paiement échoué ou d’abus.

8. Annulation et politique de remboursement

• L’abonnement peut être annulé à tout moment via votre compte.
• L’accès demeure actif jusqu’à la fin de la période payée.
• Aucun remboursement n’est accordé pour les périodes partielles ou non utilisées.
• L’annulation n’entraîne pas de remboursement.
• L’annulation doit être effectuée au moins 24 heures avant le renouvellement.

9. Codes promotionnels

Les codes promotionnels :

• Sont limités dans le temps
• Non transférables
• Utilisables une seule fois sauf indication contraire
• Non échangeables contre de l’argent

Toute utilisation abusive peut entraîner la suspension du compte.

10. Sécurité du compte

Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants.

11. Utilisation acceptable

Il est interdit de :

• Harceler ou abuser d’autres utilisateurs
• Publier du contenu illégal ou offensant
• Tenter de pirater ou perturber le Service
• Utiliser le Service à des fins commerciales non autorisées
• Enfreindre toute loi applicable

12. Propriété intellectuelle

Tout le contenu de MOVE (vidéos, entraînements, textes, logos) appartient à Entrainement MBF S.E.N.C. ou à ses concédants.

Toute reproduction ou diffusion sans autorisation écrite est interdite.

13. Modification du Service

Nous pouvons modifier, suspendre ou interrompre le Service à tout moment, sans responsabilité.

14. Exclusion de garanties

Le Service est fourni « tel quel » et « selon disponibilité », sans garantie de résultats ou de fonctionnement continu.

15. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans la mesure permise par la loi, Entrainement MBF S.E.N.C. ne pourra être tenu responsable de blessures, pertes de données ou dommages indirects.

16. Indemnisation

Vous acceptez d’indemniser Entrainement MBF S.E.N.C. en cas de réclamation liée à votre utilisation du Service.

17. Force majeure

Nous ne sommes pas responsables des événements hors de notre contrôle raisonnable.

18. Droit applicable
