What is Move’s refund policy?
As per our Terms of Use, Move does not offer refunds or credits for:

Change of mind

Unused subscription time

Accidental purchases

Forgetting to cancel

Medical or personal reasons
Canceling your subscription does not trigger a refund. Once canceled, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Unexpected charges?
All payments are processed in USD. Depending on your bank and location, your final charge may include currency conversion fees, which are handled by your bank or credit card provider — not by Move.
