How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Move App subscription at any time to avoid future payments — but we’ll be sad to see you go.

Here are a few important points to keep in mind when canceling your Move App subscription:

  • We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next payment date to ensure the cancellation processes in time.

  • Be sure to follow all the steps in the cancellation process to guarantee your subscription is successfully canceled.

  • Canceling your subscription will not provide refunds or prorate any remaining subscription time.

  • After canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Move app for the remainder of the billing cycle you have already paid for.

  • Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, follow the steps below:


How to cancel your subscription

You can now manage and cancel your subscription through your Client Portal.

To cancel:

From the website:

  1. Go to joinmoveapp.com

  2. Click “Login” in the top-right corner

  3. Sign in using the email address you used to subscribe

  4. Click “Manage Subscription”

  5. Follow the cancellation steps until you receive confirmation

From the app:

  1. Open the Move app

  2. Tap the Resources tab

  3. Select “Manage My Subscription”

  4. You’ll be redirected to the Client Portal

  5. Follow the cancellation steps until you receive confirmation

⚠️ You must complete all steps to confirm your cancellation.


After cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Once expired, you will no longer have access to any content in the Move app, including completed weeks.

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging back in and selecting a new plan.
