How to change your plan
To change your subscription:

Go to joinmoveapp.com

Click “Login” and sign in with the email you used to subscribe

Once logged in, click on “Billing / Subscription”

You’ll see:

Your current plan (e.g. Monthly)

The available plan you can switch to (e.g. Annual)

Select your new plan and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the change
You can also access this portal directly from the app under Resources > Support > Manage My Subscription.
What happens if I change plans mid-cycle?
If you switch plans while your current subscription is still active, don’t worry — you won’t lose the remaining time.
We’ll automatically apply a prorated credit for the unused days of your current plan toward your new subscription. This will reduce the cost of your new plan accordingly.
You keep full access
No matter when you change your subscription, your access to the Move app remains uninterrupted.
